Long story short, needed diagnosis for non start . Got 8:00 time. Would not provide a Lincoln loaner. Took over 2 hours to diagnose it need new battery. Asked, ‘how much will this cost?” Quoted 250ish on the phone. I said ok. They will call when ready. At 4pm I called and they said they did not have the battery yet. A Lincoln Ford dealer does not have a battery? Went over at 5 but it wasn’t ready until 5:30. Went to pay. Cost was neatly 500. FOR A BATTERY. Jesse was the service writer that received me in as a customer. He was very informative of what would be done with my service. Informed me of the time it would take. He was very professional. i have been taking my vehicle in for service since my purchase from this dealership for my vehicle and Jesse was one of the best service adviser that I have had interaction with.

I took the truck there running. It had issues of not starting at times. I had it towed home today because it would not run. They charged me almost $200 for nothing. They wanted me to commit to $840 for them to do more diagnostics with no guarantee of results which I refused. I will never do business here again. It’s a rip off.

On 1/5/24 I took my 2016 Escape to have the oil changed and I used a coupon called The Works $49.95 + tax that Ford had sent me. I was NOT told that the coupon was just a "discount" and they ended up charging me $58.57 for misc. charges since the regular price was $89.99. We went here to look at a used truck. We arrive around 10am, test drive it, and decide to go through with the purchase. Sit down in an office where we begin the painfully long process (typical for a car dealership, I know). Sales rep helped me with purchasing the car I wanted , finance assisted me in getting a warranty with a low deductible, and parts and service gave me new key batteries and provided a new battery for the used car I was buying at no cost to me

Came to test drive an Explorer. Asked for a 6 cylinder. Instead of driving the one literally feet from us that we liked, the salesman brought a 4 cyl from the body shop? Why? It had dents and looked to be taken apart on the inside. The drivers door was broken. We were prepared to buy that day. Lost sale. Never going back. Who does that? This outfit does not know the meaning of service. They refuse to make arrangement for my warranty service. They know I have a brake booster pressure problem and have failed to repair it 3 times now.

Traded a 2011 Cadillac DTS on a one owner, local, low mileage 2018 Cadillac CT6. While I was surprised to find the car at a Ford dealer, and although I would have liked a bit more for my trade, the CT6 was in perfect condition at a great price so that after a little haggling I am very pleased with my purchase. The sales and finance reps were knowledgeable and very courteous. My six hour round trip was definitely worth it!

I ordered a new Ford Escape Hybrid on May 15,2022. I finally got the car on August 1st,2022. During the whole time, the team kept me informed to the best of their ability. I think Ford was having major problems getting vehicles that were manufactured out of the factory and then to distribution centers. I’m happy with my car and look forward to driving it for many years!
